Product description The eyeSpy Deluxe Shouldermount Rig with lowBase from Redrock Micro is a highly customizable camera support rig that is designed to accommodate tall cameras, such as a DSLR with a battery grip attached. The kit's components include the microFollowFocus Blue, a 4 lb Quick Release Weight, the microShoulderPad with rod clamp, the microBalance Plus assembly, the microLink4 Riser, a single microHandGrip, six 15mm support rods, and the microBalance Adjustable Vertical Clamp kit.
The eyeSpy rig positions the camera body in front of the operator's face to optimize balance, while the microBalance counterbalance weights offer additional options for fine-tuning overall rig balance. The rubber microHandgrips are sweat-resistant and soft, providing comfortable grips for all-day shooting. The included microMount with Spud allows users to reposition an on-camera monitor or other accessory. - Highly Customizable
- The eyeSpy bundle has 12 lift-and-lock thumbscrews to precisely tune the rig to your body and shooting style, and virtually every component is repositionable and adjustable.
- Suitable for Tall Cameras
- This edition of the eyeSpy rig includes the lowBase baseplate for taller DSLR camera bodies such as the Canon 1D and Nikon D4, as well as shorter camera bodies with an optional battery grip attached.
- The microFollowFocus Blue
- The microFollowFocus Blue is Redrock Micro's flagship follow focus unit. Unique hard stops are convenient for still lenses with forever spinning focus rings. The reinforced focus indicator can be positioned anywhere to support operator-only focus pulls, and the illuminated marking disk is great for shooting at night or in lowlight.
- Quick Release Weight
- This kit includes two 2lb Quick Release Weights. The microBalance system features stackable weights to add or remove counterbalance weight as needed.
- The microLink4 Riser
- Using the riser is in the "down" position ensures a comfortably alignment with taller HDSLRS. When the riser is in the "up" position, DSLRs without a battery grip will be vertically in line with the user's eye.
- The microHandGrip
- The microHandGrip provides a comfortable rubberized grip for handheld and shoulder-mount rigs. It includes an integrated all-metal rod clamp and thumb screw.
- 15mm Support Rods
- This kit includes three pairs of 15mm support rods: an 18" pair, a 6" pair, and a 2" pair.
