Product description The FieldRunner AC Rig from Redrock Micro lets you mount your reference monitor, microRemote Handheld Wireless Focus Controller, and wireless video receiver onto a single handheld rig. The AC Rig features a microHandGrip, an 8" Grip Rod, microMount with Spud, and a microSpud.The rig serves as a suitable foundation for any remote focus setup, and it allows you to secure your accessories together without using hook & loop fasteners or other adhesives that can damage your equipment. Ideal for use with Steadicam and gimbal based stabilizers, the FieldRunner AC Rig allows for focus to be pulled from a calm and controlled environment irrespective of the camera position. It also features an additional 1/4"-20 thread underneath your monitor for easy mounting to a stand, and the microRemote Handheld Controller can then be quickly removed to allow multiple people to view the monitor on set.Built off standard 15mm rods, the FieldRunner AC Rig is designed to be configured and built upon as your requirements augment. Its modular design makes it comfortable for all types of operators. It can easily transition from a handheld configuration to a stand for extended shooting as well. With a 360° rotating handgrip, the ideal placement and balance is just a thumbscrew away. The Monitor and Wireless Controllers are attached with included microSpuds, allowing for precise alignment and viewing angle.Designed by using lightweight materials, the Rig Kit adds less than one pound to your monitor and wireless controller. Your existing Redrock Micro Lanyard can also be incorporated into the FieldRunner AC Rig for additional support and easy carrying. Attaches to 15mm rod/rail support systems such as Redrock's microShoulderMount and its DSLR support rigs.
- Grip Rod - 8" With its integrated rod clamp and thumb screw, the Redrock Micro 8" Grip Rod is ideal for attaching rod-mounted accessories to any 15mm rail system. Forming a perfect combo with Redrock's microMount, the Grip Rod can be used to attach such accessories as monitor clamps, hand grips, and microphone shock mounts.
- microMount with Cold Shoe Spud The Redrock Micro microMount with Cold Shoe Spud is a two-piece set that lets you conveniently attach a shoe-mount accessory, like a light or mic, onto a 15mm rod. Additionally, the Spud of the set features atop it a 1/4"-20 screw-hole for accessories with 1/4"-20 screws; (and furthermore, the Spud can be removed from the microMount to reveal a 1/4"-20 screw for accessories with 1/4"-20 screw-holes, like monitors).
- microSpud The Redrock Micro microSpud is a quick-release mount used with a microMount, microCheesePlate, or any other accessory requiring a 1/4"-20 male or female connection. It is 1" long, with an industry-standard 15mm diameter.
