This is not the case at all. Telstra staff told me that the manufacturer may not have included the instruction manual. I find this hard to believe. Maybe a member of staff removed the instruction manual for himself.
Would you please send me this manual as I really need it and other people who have purchased this product would have the manual. I requested this about 2 days ago and still haven't heard from you. I have tried on line to find this manual and download it. Some have asked me to join to get free manuals etc, meaning that they want my card details, others have tried to get me to download zip. I am getting pretty annoyed with this in that it is difficult to access this booklet. Otherwise can you make the link possible for me to access without me having to jump through hoops
