Supporting loads weighing under 2 lb, the pole extends from 7 to 28" and features a ball head for adjusting the direction of your camera. For mounting, the pole features a 1/4"-20 camera screw and includes both a phone mount adapter that accepts phones up to 3" in width and a 3-prong adapter for attaching a GoPro camera.
