Product description Control video zoom and much more with the Video & Photo Remote for Select Sony Cameras from Revo. Perform key functions of many Sony cameras and camcorders remotely, using the remote handheld, mounted within reach on a video rig, or attached to your tripod pan handle.
Smoothly and consistently control video zoom, start and stop recording, and trigger shutter release without camera shake. The zoom rocker is pressure-sensitive, so it can be used at variable speeds depending on how hard you press it. Furthermore, you can pull up your camera's grid lines and cycle through grid options, or use a lock switch to hold the shutter open for extended shooting in Bulb Mode. You can also set the camera to sleep and wake up to manage battery life. All this is done with dedicated buttons, allowing for quick and simple operation.
Connect the remote to select a7 series, Handycam, Cyber-shot, and many other Sony cameras. Connect it over one of two included cables, one with a Multi-Terminal connector (as indicated on the camera), and the other featuring a 3-pin connector. The 3-pin cable is exclusively for shutter release. The remote powers off the camera, so no batteries are required, and an LED indicator confirms active status.
A mounting clip is included for securing the remote to pan handles and similar objects, and a 1/4"-20 threaded mounting hole on the bottom allows for attachment on video rigs and other camera supports. - Key Features
