Product description The 3-Year Gold revoCARE Extended Service Plan for HD Dual Channel System from Revolabs provides you with an additional 3-year warranty for the Executive HD Dual Channel wireless microphone system. This service plan also provides coverage for up to 2 HD microphones. RevoCARE includes 24-hour advance replacement on all parts, which allows you to have replacements before shipping back the faulty product. You are entitled to receive Tier 2 service and technical support over the phone as well as free battery replacement for any battery that doesn't last for at least 7 hours of talk time. - 24-Hour Advance Replacement
