Product description Provided by third party: Give onsite and mobile employees the power to share ideas quickly and easily with the 75" 4K RICOH D7500 Interactive Whiteboard (IWB). When you use the D7500 with the visual communication equipment and services, you can enjoy all-in-one solutions - create interactive experiences during brainstorming and collaborative sessions with multi-touch annotations, video and real-time information sharing.
Connect your laptop or smart device to your D7500 during meetings and presentations to work with documents you've already created. Or, use the Windows 10-based controller as a mini-PC, and download your favorite business apps for enhanced project management and collaboration including Office 365 and Skype for Business. You can also connect to a Ricoh Digital Projector to communicate with large groups more effectively.
Enhance security even more to help safeguard your information assets, through measures such as password protecting PDFs that are shared on or off your network. The business controller restricts access to users on your network to help keep your ideas safe from theft. You also get file storage safeguards that help protect shared documents, and user-behavior safeguards that keep users who have logged off of your IWB from recovering confidential data.
Interact with 19 additional whiteboards, or interactive flat panel displays (IFPDs), at any of your U.S. or international locations you have the option of adding a collaborative license that allows you to collaborate in real-time with other IFPDs on your network. Each licensed IFPD can then connect with up to 50 endpoints including laptops and smart devices for two-way communication.
