Product description With a small footprint and wireless connectivity, the SP C262DNw Color Laser Printer from Ricoh can easily find a home in your business. It has full color printing with a top resolution of 2400 x 600 dpi for sharp, crisp documents and it can work with a multitude of different media sizes from 3.5 x 5.8" up to legal 8.5 x 14". Also, it will improve productivity due to a speed of 21 ppm and a first print out time of 14 seconds. Along with that, it supports printing directly from a mobile device using either the Mopria service or the Ricoh mobile app.
For checking the printer's status, a 2-line LCD is present on the front panel, alongside basic controls. Also, users will have access to a front-facing USB port for printing directly from a flash drive. For media handling, there are two options, a 250-sheet standard tray or a 1-sheet bypass tray for unique media. It is designed to last as well, with a rated monthly duty cycle of 65,000 pages. On top of all this, it offers Ethernet and USB 2.0 connectivity in addition to Wi-Fi. - Mobile printing support for Mopria and Ricoh Smart Device Connector and SP C260 Series Scan Apps.
- Other printing features include collation, dithering, duplexing, do not print blank pages, front cover, layout/N-up printing, locked print, mobile device printing, reduce/enlarge print, rotate print, user codes, user ID, and watermarks.
- Includes 80 fonts and features PCL 6, PCL 5e, and Adobe PostScript level 3 emulation support.
- Wireless security features include WEP, WPA, WPA2, locked print, and IPsec user restrictions.
- ENERGY STAR certified and EPEAT Silver rated.
