Product description Create a vast range of documents, postcards, and envelopes in color or black & white with the exceptionally fast SP C440DN Color Laser Printer from Ricoh. Capable of reaching speeds of 42 ppm and resolutions up to 1200 x 1200 dpi, users will be able to maintain a productive workflow as well as maintain quality during their everyday printing. Furthering speed, it will output a black and white document in 10 seconds or less and automatic duplexing will cut your paper usage in half. Also, versatility comes from a 100-sheet bypass tray that can accept documents from 2.8 x 5.0" up to an astounding 8.5 x 49.6" in size, while the standard 550-sheet tray will handle anything from 3.9 x 5.8" to a legal-sized 8.5 x 14".
Ensuring the best performance for your business, this unit has a standard control panel with a monochrome 4-line LCD on the front. It also comes equipped with a USB host port for directly connecting a portable drive and two SD card slots can be used to expand functionality. Durability is handled with a 150,000 page monthly duty cycle and a 20,000 page recommended monthly volume. And, it has both USB 2.0 and Ethernet connectivity for setting up your network or office. - 533 MHz processor and 1GB RAM will handle large, complex print jobs with ease
