Product description The SK01 Car Mounting Strap and Safety Kit from RigWheels includes 4 CR01 CineRope Mounting Stabilizers and 4 HH01 Hood Hook Car Mounting Straps. This kit is designed to secure and stabilize your camera or other gear when mounted on a car. The hood hook latches onto the edges of body panels and can provide a fixed connection to the car. This Mounting Strap kit can also be used for other purposes such as securing silks, adding ballasts to light-stands, or tying down your gear cart. The attachments points of the stabilizers and straps are rubber coated. - CR01 CineRope Mounting Stabilizer The RigWheels CR01 CineRope Mounting Stabilizer is designed to help secure and stabilize, providing a secondary safety system to your camera mounting platform when mounted onto cars, mobile rigs, or other moving platforms. It features a weight range of up to 75 pounds, and the included nylon rope is approximately 6' long and threads through a latching pulley arrangement. This allows you to add tension to your safety using only one hand as the pulley has an automatic latch system that prevents the rope from loosening. You actuate the latch to release the tension and allow the rope to loosen.
The typical application of the CineRope uses the two featured hooks for attachment to an optional RigPlate and Hood Hook. The attachment hooks are rubber-coated to help protect the finished surfaces of your vehicle during use. -
