Product description The Digiface USB from RME is a portable USB 2.0 audio interface designed to quickly and efficiently transfer 24-bit / 192 kHz digital audio data in ADAT and S/PDIF format to Windows and Mac computers. Lightweight (at 0.49 lb), compact, and bus-powered, it is well suited for mobile recording/mixing applications or remote monitoring solutions. The Digiface USB offers four optical ADAT / S/PDIF I/Os and a high-quality analog line/phone stereo output via a 1/4" TRS jack, for a total of 32 inputs and 34 outputs when using ADAT optical. It also comes with the real-time mixer software TotalMix which allows you to mix and route all inputs and playback channels simultaneously, to any hardware outputs. The software features a dedicated Control Room section with Talkback, Main/Phones, fader groups, mute groups, complete remote controllability via Mackie or OSC protocol, and more. The included DIGICheck utility software provides a suite of tools to test, measure, and analyze digital audio streams with a high-precision peak/RMS level meter, a spectral analyzer, a vector audio scope, and more. -
