Product description RAID Arrays for Photography and Pro Video Read More Boost your storage capacity with the 64TB RT38 Thunderbolt 3 Rackmount 2U HDD RAID Array from Rocstor. Equipped with eight 8TB 7200 rpm HDDs and capable of transfer rates up to 1,500 MB/s, this RAID array comes with two Thunderbolt 3 ports that allow for daisy-chaining other Thunderbolt 3 devices or connecting your compatible Mac or Windows PC. The Mini DisplayPort is ideal for connecting a supported monitor. The RT38 has a hardware RAID controller and supports RAID modes 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, and 60, as well as JBOD mode. The fan-cooled RAID array features audible alarms to warn you of drive failures and warning events, while built-in S.M.A.R.T. software regularly tests the integrity of the HDDs. - Dual Thunderbolt 3 Ports
- With dual Thunderbolt 3 ports, you can easily daisy chain up to 5 additional devices such as multiple drives, 4K displays, or Rocpro RT38 storage. Control all of your connected Rocpro RT38 RAID arrays through one Rocstor MSU. The Thunderbolt 3 ports can also charge your mobile or tablet with up to 15W (5V/3A) of power.

- Rocstor Thunderbolt 3 storage drives provide an MSU Utility that assists in monitoring the RAID status while your drive is in use. Audible alerts and email notifications warn you of changing drive conditions. Rocstor's MSU also records detailed product status and tests your HDD quality through its built-in S.M.A.R.T. testing software.
- Thunderbolt and Thunderbolt 2 Compatibility
- Connect your Macs with Thunderbolt and Thunderbolt 2 ports to the Rocpro RT38 RAID array using the optional Apple Thunderbolt 3 (USB Type-C) to Thunderbolt 2 Adapter. Your Mac must be running macOS Sierra 10.12 or later and transfer rates are based upon the speed of the connection (up to 10 Gb/s for Thunderbolt and up to 20 Gb/s for Thunderbolt 2).
