Product description Boost the storage capacity of your computer system securely with the Rocsecure DE52 5-Bay USB 3.0 RAID Enclosure from Rocstor. The Rocsecure DE52 features five 3.5" drive bays, enabling you to add up to 50TB of extra storage space to your notebook or desktop system (HDDs available separately). For best performance, 7200 rpm drives are recommended.
The Rocsecure DE52 lets you configure the installed drives as RAID 0, 1, 5, 10, or JBOD to suit your performance, capacity, and redundancy needs. Moreover, data is encrypted in real time by an AES-256 encryption engine as it is written onto the drives, ensuring all stored data is protected against unauthorized access at all times. The three included USB key tokens authenticate access to the secured data quickly and reliably. The enclosure is also equipped with USB 3.0, FireWire 800, and eSATA interfaces.
