Product description The RØDE NT1 Recording Studio Microphone and iOS Microphone Preamp Kit from includes a cardioid condenser microphone with an SMR shockmount, a Shure MVi digital audio interface for Mac, Windows, iPhone, iPod, iPad, and any Android device, a premium microphone cable, an Auray TT-ISO isolating desktop microphone stand, and a microphone dust cover. It can be used to capture audio for podcasts, broadcasts, voice-overs, and more. The NT1 microphone is a large-diaphragm cardioid condenser microphone that features a 1" capsule. It provides detailed mid-range response with smooth highs and warm bass. It is built with a Rycote Lyre internal shockmount to help reduce vibrations and handling noises. The MVI from Shure is a single-channel digital interface for connecting microphones and instruments to Mac and Windows computers, as well as the range of iOS and Android devices. Featuring an XLR + 1/4" TS combo input jack, the interface has five DSP presets and a touch panel for real-time access to volume, gain, and mode-selection functions. Phantom power is also built-in. Furthermore, the TT-ISO desktop microphone stand is designed to minimize unwanted vibrations from affecting your microphone by decoupling the stand from your desktop or studio floor. The base is constructed of 1.5" of high-density acoustic foam, and features a heavy aluminum plate which provides stability for your microphone. A premium XLR cable is also included to connect to the microphone to the interface. Finally, the RØDE NT1 Recording Studio Microphone and iOS Microphone Preamp Kit from comes complete with everything you will need to capture audio during critical recording and broadcasting situations. - Rode NT-1 KIT 1" Cardioid Condenser Microphone with SMR Shockmount The NT-1 KIT 1" Cardioid Condenser Microphone from RODE includes the Rode NT1 cardioid condenser microphone, an SMR premium shockmount with Rycote Lyre suspension, and a microphone dust cover. The kit can be used to capture audio for vocalist and instruments in recording studio applications, and more.While the body of the NT-1 still resembles the NT1-A, the mic has been completely redesigned except for the mesh grille. The large-diaphragm cardioid condenser microphone features RODE's updated HF6 capsule that is designed to provide a detailed midrange response with smooth highs and a warm bass. The HF6 capsule is suspended inside the microphone using Rycote's industry-leading Lyre system to help reduce vibration and handling noises. Also, with self-noise measured at only 4.5 dBA, the NT1 is a very quiet microphone.The body of the mic is machined from nickel-plated aluminum and is then coated in a ceramic layer, which is electrostatically applied for a scratch-resistant finish. The NT1 includes the SMR shockmount and has a 1-year limited warranty that extends to 10-years after registration with RODE.
