Product description The BT-1 Bar Trigger Pad from Roland is a curved electronic drum trigger designed to be incorporated into acoustic and V-Drum kits. It can be used to trigger a V-Drums module or an SPD series percussion pad for a variety of functions including the start/stop of loops and tracks, turning effects on and off, kit selection, and tap tempo functions. The BT-1 can be installed into your existing drum kit through a drum tension rod and the included attachment bolt spacer. It connects to your V-Drum module with the included stereo 1/4" connector. The BT-1 fits around a V-Drum pad or an acoustic drum and is designed to eliminate false triggering while playing the surrounding acoustic or electronic drums. - Additional Triggering for V-Drums Kits
- The compact BT-1 allows you to incorporate additional triggers into your V-Drum kit without having to add more pads. This gives you access to additional sounds, as well as convenient control of a range of performance features in your V-Drums module or SPD-series percussion pad. You can add additional BT-1s as needed to continuously expand the expressive power of your percussion rig
- Incorporate Electronics with Acoustic Drums
- The BT-1 also allows you to integrate electronics with your acoustic kit. Unlike large round pads and foot switches, the BT-1 blends with your kit without you having to adjust your setup or playing style. Plug the BT-1 into a trigger input on a V-Drums module or SPD-series percussion pad to access electronic sounds
