Product description The Roland KD-180 is a V-Drums 18" bass drum designed to deliver the look and playability of an acoustic kick for drummers at rehearsal, in the studio, or onstage. It features an 18 x 12" 7-ply birch shell with custom chrome shell fittings and pre-installed kick trigger electronics. With accurate triggering and a natural playing feel, it is optimal in electronic kits and alongside acoustic drums. Its 1/4" trigger output allows standardized connectivity with most drum modules and brains. The KD-180 works with single and double kick pedals (available separately). - 18" 7-ply birch acoustic bass drum shell with custom chrome shell fittings
- Advanced kick trigger electronics in the bass drum shell
- Natural, responsive playing feel imparted by Roland's air-damper mechanics, which work alongside the acoustic shell to "move air"
- Stable and accurate triggering for single- and double-pedal work (kick pedals available separately)
- Compatible with many V-Drums rack stands and can be used alongside acoustic drum stands and hardware
