Product description The Roland System-500 Series - 505 VCF is a dual, voltage-controlled filter (VCF), based on the highly coveted SH5 synthesizer, in a single Eurorack module. Filter 1 offers a multimode circuit (LP, BP, HP), while filter 2 uses a fixed bandpass mode. What's more, the 505 can increase the resonance of the filter without losing the low end, making it a powerhouse for creating unique bass sounds. There are dedicated inputs and outputs to each filter to allow for each to be used independently. Each filter also offers a mix switch allowing one to cascade the signal through either filter (series or parallel) for highly flexible signal routing. The 505 features a built-in VCA for each filter, as well as dedicated attenuator sliders and CV input controls for filter frequency, filter resonance, and level. The 505 includes four rack screws and a ribbon cable to connect to a Eurorack modular power supply (sold separately).
