• TD-50 V-Drums Sound Module The TD-50 V-Drums Sound Module from Roland is an expressive drum sound module for pro performance and studio sessions. It can be used when paired with drum pads (sold separately) for top-flight live performance, intense practice sessions, and eclectic studio work.Featuring an advanced processor and Prismatic Sound Modeling, the TD-50 delivers over 400-plus dynamic and expressive instrument sounds. In addition to the traditional analog trigger inputs, the module is built with digital trigger inputs for high-speed communication with multi-element sensor systems like the PD-140DS snare and the CY-18DR ride pads.Furthermore, deep editing features and flexible connectivity put you in charge with this sound module. It allows you to play WAV samples via an SD card, or have USB 10-channel audio out for multitrack recording through a single USB cable. With its attractive sound quality, quick responsiveness, and connectivity and expression, the TD-50 is on its way to being a professional standard in electronic drum sound modules.

  • Using the module's SD card slot, it's easy to trigger your own WAV files using any of the TD-50KV's drum pads (sold separately), and you can loop or layer them alongside the internal sounds while controlling volume and tone via the TD-50's front panel. Simply connect the TD-50 module to a computer via USB for multitrack recording direct to your favorite DAW. Up to 10 channels can be recorded separately, then easily edited for tone color, and more

  • This module also supports deep sound customization, including basic adjustment of heads and shells, layering of internal and user samples, and adjustment of overhead mics and ambience. A compressor and three-band EQ can be controlled for each pad individually, while three independent multi-effect sections let you treat drums with 30 effect types such as delay, flanger, saturator, and many others. The two-band multi-compressor and four-band equalizer on the output let you change the overall dynamics and tonal balance, depending on whether you're in the studio or on the stage

• PD-140DS V-Pad Digital Snare The PD-140DS V-Pad Digital Snare from Roland is a 14" mesh head designed as a snare pad for the V-Drums TD-50 electronic drum set. It features a high-resolution multi-sensor system that responds accurately and naturally to your drumming techniques and nuances with acoustic-like snare drum playability. With the highly developed multi-sensor system, the resolution for detecting the striking position on the head as well as the playing dynamics are vastly improved. A cross-stick can be executed using traditional hand technique without the need to adjust any module functions.

• CY-18DR V-Cymbal Digital Ride The CY-18DR V-Cymbal Digital Ride from Roland is a multi-element sensor designed to produce a natural cymbal sound for the TD-50 drum sound module. The sensor enables the cymbal sounds to change naturally in different positions on the cymbal, from edge to bow to bell, which allows ride-cymbal play to be faithfully reproduced. Whether you're playing legato cymbal swells, soft strokes on the bell, or strong crash accents on the edge, the V-cymbal captures each playing technique accurately. In addition, you can choke the cymbal with your hand and can softly mute the bow of the cymbal with a simple touch of a finger.
