Product description The T12, 4' RoscoSleeve #3310 Fluorofilter from Rosco is used to convert cool white or daylight fluorescent lamps to tungsten balance. The sleeve is made of UL94HB rated polycarbonate with the #3309 filter inserted into it. Two end caps come with the sleeve so that in the event of breakage the glass is contained within the sleeve while the end caps hold the lamp in place so that it can be safely and easily removed.
