Product description A unique water-based primer with an acrylic polymer binder, Rosco's white satin Tough Prime features special adhesion properties, allowing it to bond to common scene shop materials that are hard to treat. It can be applied to almost all surfaces, including PVC, vinyl, plastics, aluminum and other metals, foam, foam core, muslin, wood, and even carpet. This primer dries quickly to form a tough coating that's resistant to scuffs, abrasions, and water. At that point, it can be covered with virtually any water or solvent-based paint.
