Product description 9 of the Best Gifts for Photographer Moms Read More The Pro Strap with Quick Hitch Connector from Ruggard is designed for photographers in search of a more comfortable, secure and attractive way to carry heavier DSLR, mirrorless, or film cameras and lenses. This Pro Strap is fully adjustable from 25 to 48" and may be worn from the neck, shoulder, or across the chest.
For comfort, the main body of this strap is a 2.25" wide by 16" long, contoured pad made of soft, stretchable, high-density neoprene and backed with 1" wide, elastic, heavy-duty polyester that can absorb and help reduce shock and fatigue. By varying the width, this ample, contoured pad selectively distributes the load over a larger area. The underside of the pad features traction dots to help prevent unwanted slippage. These qualities make carrying your gear for extended periods of time easier and more pleasurable.
At each end of the shoulder pad is a quick-release connector that locks upon insertion into the corresponding quick-release on the end of the strap connector. To remove, simply squeeze the sides of the connector and pull-apart. As an added safeguard against accidental connector separation, Ruggard has provided a unique, sliding thumb-lock that engages with an audible click. The thumb-lock can be easily disengaged with one hand by simply pressing and sliding it downward.
Included with the strap are two Quick Hitch connectors with a loop on either end for attaching to the camera's strap lugs. The Pro Strap is also compatible with Ruggard 3/8 connectors. Replacement connectors are available for photographers who desire spares, want to switch connector styles, or attach a set of connectors to secondary cameras.
