Product description The Ruggard Red Series Lava Tech Briefcase is a shoulder bag with a 53" adjustable strap and carry handles that is designed to provide easy, on-the-go access to a laptop and tablet as well as books, binders, files, and small electronics. Within the spacious main compartment that can accommodate books, personal files, or documents are two dedicated laptop and tablet sleeves. The cushioned laptop sleeve accommodates up to a 15.4" notebook computer, and the tablet sleeve holds an iPad or similar device up to 10.0". A soft interior lining within the tablet sleeve prevents screen scratches. An elastic, touch-tab strap can be fastened over both the laptop and tablet compartments to prevent their contents from falling out even if the bag is turned upside-down while the main compartment is opened.
Opposite the laptop and tablet sleeves are labeled pockets for computer peripherals such as a mouse and power adapter. A dedicated organizational compartment contains multiple pockets for pens, business cards, and small electronics, plus a metal ring clip that offers a dedicated location for keys. A zippered rear pocket provides a convenient space for additional folders or other small items. When traveling with rolling luggage, the bottom of the rear pocket unzips, allowing it to be used as a trolley sleeve for more convenient transport. Twin open-top pockets on the front flap provide a good space for small items, such as snack bars or sunglasses, so they can be accessed with minimal effort, and a dual-layer external side pocket, that features an inner mesh layer with an elastic band, that works in tandem with a durable, zippered outer nylon layer, can securely hold a water bottle or umbrella.
