Product description The 2.5/3.5" SATA HDD/SSD to USB 3.0 Docking Station from Sabrent is an external hard drive enclosure that supports both 2.5" and 3.5" hard drives and SSDs up to 8TB. Once a compatible drive is installed into the enclosure, you can use its USB 3.0 (USB 3.1 Gen 1) Type-B port and the included USB cable to interface with the drive on your host Windows or Mac system. Sabrent's Docking Station is turned on/off using an integrated power switch, is backwards compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1, and the installed drives are hot swappable. Additionally, the unit is plug-and-play, meaning that no additional drives are required for use. Also included is a power supply.
