Product description The USB 3.0 Docking Station for SATA II or SATA I 3.5" Hard Drives from Sabrent is a super-easy way to connect an internal standard-sized SATA II or SATA I 3.5" hard drive to your computer without having to use an enclosure. This dock features a blazing fast USB 3.0 port that can transfer data between the dock and your computer at a speed of up to 5Gbps. The USB 3.0 interface is also backwards compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1 ports. To get started, simply insert the drive into the dock and connect the enclosure to your computer. No need to install drivers. If you have an extra internal drive lying around or have upgraded and need to access your old internal drive, this dock's a high-speed super-easy solution. - You can dock a standard-sized 3.5" SATA II or SATA I hard drive of a capacity of up to 2TB
- With the USB 3.0 interface, you can transfer data at speeds of up to 5Gbps. This interface is also backwards compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1 connections to your computer. With the USB 2.0 interface, you can transfer data at up to 480Mbps
