Product description The Samson MD2/PS05 Bundle packages together two complementary products: the MD2 Desktop Microphone Stand, and the PS05 Pop Filter. The MD2's arm can adjust between 6 and 9" in height and locks with a twist clutch. It sits on a die-cast metal base suitable for podcasters and voice-over artists. The PSO5 Pop Filter makes use of dual-layer, 4.5" nylon mesh to reduce vocal plosives and protect the mic from saliva. - MD2 Desktop Microphone Stand The Samson MD2 is a desktop microphone stand designed for podcasters, voice-over artists, and others who need a short microphone stand. It sports a round weighted die-cast metal base that measures 4" in diameter.
From this base protrudes an adjustable, telescoping arm that measures between 6 and 9" in height, depending on how far you've extended it. This arm locks with a twist clutch mechanism. The end of the arm offers a 5/8"-27 thread that supports most standard microphone clips. With its low-profile design, the MD2 will be at home on your desktop. The pop filter attaches to standard microphone stand shafts and booms with diameters up to 1" maximum. It mounts via a built-in C-clamp mount, and can be easily positioned using the integrated 7.25" gooseneck. Additional fine-tuning is made possible by the filter's ball joint mount, which offers 360° filter rotation.
