Product description The Samson UM / 77 lavalier system consists of the UM1 micro diversity camera mountable receiver and CT7 UHF body-pack transmitter. The system combines the dependability of diversity technology in the UM1 receiver with the stabilized transmission of the CT7 Concert Series transmitter. This system includes the MT350 hyper-cardioid lavalier microphone. The Samson UM1 diversity, portable receiver is lightweight and completely camera mountable using the included touch fastener straps. The receiver features a locking balanced mini XLR output. A mini XLR to standard XLR cable is included for complete, balanced connection resulting in a low noise floor. An unbalanced mini jack output allows unbalanced connection to camcorders or as a separate monitor output for headphones etc. The UM1's micro diversity, dual-antenna design further minimizes drop-outs and RF interference. The receiver operates on a standard 9 Volt and features a battery life indicator LED.The Samson CT7 belt-pack transmitter is a rugged, lightweight unit that can accommodate lavaliers, headworn microphones, and instrument cables. The Concert Series features specialized patented electronics that stabilize transmission, resulting in low noise and minimizing drop outs. The CT7 features separate power and audio on/off switches, adjustable AF level (audio gain), and 12-hours of battery life on a single 9-volt battery. - Samson MT350 Lavalier Microphone
- The Samson MT350 provides a hyper-cardioid polar pattern for maximum rejection of off-axis residual noise and minimal feedback response.
- UHF Diversity Reception
- The UM1 receiver features a diversity design. Dual internal receivers compete for the strongest possible signal resulting in fewer drop-outs and longer range.
- Small Lightweight Components
- The receiver and transmitter are designed lightweight and portable resulting in easy mounting and placement.
