Product description Designed for Windows Mixed Reality, the Samsung HMD Odyssey+ Windows Mixed Reality Headset provides an immersive virtual reality experience.The Odyssey+ improves on its predecessor with Samsung's Anti-Screen Door Effect technology. The Screen Door Effect (SDE) is a widely known issue for VR headsets, but Samsung solves it by applying a grid that diffuses light coming from each pixel and replicating the picture to areas around the pixel. This makes the spaces between pixels less visible. This provides a perceived 1233 ppi, which is doubled that of its predecessor's 616 ppi.There are also built-in headphones that were tuned by AKG and provide 360° spatial audio. The rich, dynamic surround sound delivers audio naturally. There is also a built-in microphone array for when you want to chat with friends and teammates as well as take full advantage of Cortana, the digital assistant for Windows.The Odyssey+ has dual 3.5" AMOLED displays, each with a 1440 x 1600 resolution, for a total of 2880 x 1600. It has a field of view of 110°. Its built-in Y-cable has USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A and HDMI 2.0 connectors that you use to connect to your computer. Two controllers are included with the Odyssey+ headset—you will need to use Bluetooth to connect them. - With Samsung's anti-SDE (Screen Door Effect) technology, the Odyssey+ effectively delivers over twice the pixel count of the display resolution. The anti-SDE technology diffuses light coming out of the pixels and replicates the picture to areas around the pixels. This makes the space between the pixels less visible and allows for a clear, immersive VR experience.

- Thanks to the built-in AKG-tuned headphones, you'll experience rich and dynamic 360° surround sound. The built-in microphone array lets you chat with teammates or control your computer with Cortana, the digital Windows assistant.

- The Odyssey+ features a wider nose guard at 1.5" and a wider eye box at 5.7" for a more comfortable fit. It also features premium cooling fabric to reduce overheating and fogging up of the lenses.
