Product description Enjoy worldwide UHD Blu-ray discs on your compatible display with the Samsung UBD-M9500E HDR UHD Upscaling Region-Free Blu-ray Disc Player. This region-free player will read region A, B, and C Blu-ray discs and region 0-6 DVDs. In addition to handling Blu-ray and Ultra HD Blu-ray discs, integrated UHD upscaling technology allows you to enjoy optimized image quality from DVD and non-UHD Blu-ray video sources. Built-in Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity enable access to free and subscription-based streaming content via Samsung's Smart Hub. It is also equipped with a web browser, allowing you to visit nearly any website.
This model's HDMI output supports high-resolution audio formats such as Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio for a dynamic multi-channel surround sound experience. The USB port allows you to connect devices such as thumb drives for easy playback of multimedia files. There's also a digital optical audio output for feeding multi-channel sound to audio systems without HDMI. Note: Content acquired via certain apps may require subscription to a service. Not all services are available in all areas. This region-free player does not convert NTSC/PAL video systems. If you?re connecting this to your display via analog cables, your display must either be multi-system or match the system your disc is encoded in.
