Product description The 18" Professional M3 Rotary Trimmer from Saunders is designed to cut multiple sheets of paper or paper materials up to 1/8" thick and 18" in length. The trimmers are widely used in many areas of professional work, such as darkrooms, schools, ad agencies, home offices, and in many other areas where cutting paper is involved.Because safety is a priority with this trimmer, the blade is housed in a die-cast alloy cutting head and is never exposed to your hand. The Comfort Grip is molded to the contours of your hand for a more comfortable hold during repeated cuts. The cutting head, dual steel rails, and the extruded aluminum supports on each end all help to maintain precise alignment. The rotary steel blade self-sharpens every time a cut is made and cuts many types of material, like mounting boards, photographic paper, vinyl, laminates, and card stocks.The transparent paper guide holds the paper firmly flat against the board, which has a laminated hard top and a silk-screened grid with 1" increments. At the top of the board there is an extruded alignment scale showing both inch and metric measurements. The included Slide Guide attaches to the alignment scale, via the thumb screw, to better position your paper. - Trimmer will cut multiple prints or paper materials up to 1/8" thick and 18" long
