Product description Designed for use by police and military tactical personnel, the Schmidt & Bender 1-8x24 PM II ShortDot CC Riflescope combines the accuracy of a short-to-medium-range riflescope with the fast target acquisition and tracking capabilities of a red-dot sight. It is offered here in a RAL 8000 tan finish. For low-magnification "CC" (close combat) mode, the scope features a FlashDot aiming dot with 11 brightness levels in the second (rear) focal plane for both-eyes-open use. At higher magnification, a Schmidt & Bender CQB2 reticle affords accuracy at longer distances. This version of the PM features turrets that rotate in counter-clockwise direction with 1/4 MOA impact point correction. Total adjustment ranges are 25 MOA elevation and ±12 MOA windage. The reticle is parallax-free at 330', and the side parallax correction turret allows users to maintain reticle focus beyond that point. The scope's housing features a large 30mm one-piece maintube and is made of a lightweight aluminum alloy that has a scratch- and corrosion-resistant matte-black anodized finish. The housing is nitrogen-filled to provide the PM fogproof performance in all weather, and O-ring sealed to be waterproof to 9.8 feet. - Optical Performance
