Product description The matte gray BLM 03 Cg Boundary Layer Capsule by Schoeps is used to capture audio in critical applications such as TV, film sound and more. This capsule features a hemispherical polar pattern. An active hard-wired cable allows you to join the capsule with any microphone amplifier of the Colette series (except battery-operated models). The BLM 03 Cg can be discreetly placed and is well suited in places such as the interior of a car or beneath the lid of a piano. The capsule offers 2 low-cut filters to help adjust low frequencies. This allows very effective suppression of low-frequency and infrasonic effects of wind and vibration. CUT-1 features a 24 dB/oct rolloff below 60 Hz, CUT-2 is below 30 Hz. - BLM 03 Cg is a miniature version of the BLM 3g and offers identical characteristics with smaller footprint
