Product description

Depth Rating
• Can be used at a maximum depth of 328'.

Controls
• Mechanical controls provide access to virtually all camera functions. The large dial on the housing's front connects to the camera's control ring and allows for smooth operation of manual focus and other functions. The multi-purpose control wheel on the camera's rear is operated by the multi-point controller on the back of the housing. All controls can easily be reached and operated with your right hand.

Construction
• Built for durability, the housing is precision CNC machined from a solid block of anodized aluminum for corrosion resistance. It's also equipped with two sacrificial zinc diodes: one on the front of the case and one on the rear. These corrode over time in order to protect parts of the housing that are not anodized, so that the parts themselves will not corrode. Additionally, an anti-slip rubber piece located on the rear upper right-hand side helps you hold the housing steady. The case is easily opened and locked using the rotary latch and hinge.

Lens Port
• Features M67 threaded screw mount for the attachment of optional accessory wide-angle and macro lenses with 67mm diameter threads, or those with smaller threads via the use of step-down rings, such as the M67-M62 for 62mm lenses. Optional M67 Wide-angle Conversion Lens offers 0.6x magnification and increases the field of view from that of a 28mm lens to that of a 17mm one, for an angle of about 94°, thus correcting for the water's reduction of your lens's field of view. Above water, your angle of view will be about 150°. The M67 wide lens can be detached and attached underwater.

External Strobe Use
• Two built-in fiber-optic cable ports enable the attachment of optional external strobes

Optional Moisture Alarm
• Alerts you to any breaches in the housing's waterproof seal, so you can get to the surface before your camera and lens sustain any damage. Its LED lamp gets positioned in the LCD monitor window.

Mounting
• The optional SA8 Fixed Ball Base enables various light-mounting options. It attaches to a grip or a tray and holds a single or double-ball arm with ball clamp. The optional Sea Arm VII Compact kit (#22124) includes a camera/housing tray, double ball arm section, another arm section with single attached ball joint, a ball joint with tray connector, and a ball joint clamp. Trays can be connected to the tripod mount on the bottom of the housing.

Additional Optional Accessories
• The LCD Monitor Hood with Lens (#52121) attaches to the LCD window of the housing to reduce excessive light that can cause glare and reflections, in order to provide corner-to-corner clarity while still giving you a complete view of the LCD. It's treated with an anti-reflective coating.
