Product description Convert your Canon Rebel SL1 DSLR camera's TTL signal to a light signal with the Optical YS Converter/C1 for RDX-100D Underwater Housing from Sea & Sea. The unit can be installed inside the housing with the help of an official Sea & Sea service center near you. It features a sync connector that mounts on the camera's accessory shoe.
The converter allows you to switch between TTL and manual flash exposure control with optional, external YS series strobes, which are connected to the housing's dual fiber-optic ports using optional Fiber-Optic Cable II cords. Indicator lamps tell you which mode is activated at a given time. Compatible strobes include the Sea & Sea YS-110a, YS-01, and YS-D1.
Additionally, the converter will automatically power off if the shutter lever or mode switch is not activated for more than one hour. It runs on 2 AAA alkaline or NiMH batteries and has a flashing LED to indicate low battery life.
