This drive also features high levels of reliability, with 1 in 1015 non-recoverable read errors per bits read, a 1.4 million hour MTBF, 8,760 power-on hours per year, and an annualized failure rate (AFR) of 0.63%. It is protected using T10's Data Integrity Field (DIF), a humidity sensor, and PowerChoice technology.
