Product description The Hamster Pro Duo CL Fingerprint Scanner & Contactless Card Reader from SecuGen Corporation is an FIPS 201 (PIV) and Mobile ID FAP 20 compliant optical fingerprint scanner and contactless card reader. It combines the SecuGen U20 fingerprint sensor and ACR1251U-A1 contactless smart card reader to provide dual-layer security, authentication, and access control.
Auto-On technology allows for automatic finger detection. Smart Capture scanning technology is capable of capturing fingerprints from difficult fingers, such as those with dry, wet, scarred, or aged skin. Additionally, the Hamster Pro Duo CL works in challenging environments and conditions such as direct sunlight.
This device does not require an additional power supply thanks to being USB-powered. It is scratch-, impact-, vibration-, and electrostatic shock-resistant. - Automatic finger detection technology
