Product description The Sennheiser 2000ENG-SKP Portable Wireless Plug-in System includes the EK 2000 portable receiver and SKP 2000XP plug-in transmitter. The system is compiled for portable recording applications in location video, ENG broadcast and recording, sound design and more. The Sennheiser 2000 series features a sturdy all-metal housing, up to 3000 frequencies in the 75 MHz switching bandwidth, adaptive diversity technology, headphone monitor output at the receiver and variable output power settings for increased range. - EK 2000 Battery-Powered Diversity Receiver (G - 566-608MHz) The EK 2000 from Sennheiser is a battery-powered wireless receiver. It's designed to receive wireless audio signals from the SK 2000 beltpack transmitter, the SKP 2000 plug-on transmitter, as well as being backward compatible with all Evolution, 3000, and 5000 Series wireless systems. You can scan for available frequencies with the EK 2000 and synchronize the found frequency with infrared technology to a 2000 Series transmitter.While the EK 2000 may visually resemble the Sennheiser Evolution EK 100, closer inspection reveals that the 2000 Series offers a lot more power and versatility. The transmitter provides up to 2,880 tunable frequencies, 26 banks and 64 frequency presets. A comprehensive LCD provides frequency and channel information as well as battery status, Mute status and more. The SKP2000 plug-in transmitter is lightweight yet durable enough for rigorous use in the field and is powered by 2x AA batteries or optional Sennheiser BA2015 accupack.
