Product description The ME 65 is a supercardioid microphone capsule designed for use with the K6 and K6P powering modules. It is especially suited to vocal and speech applications. Matte black, anodized, scratch-resistant finish.
The K6P modular system is a versatile professional condenser microphone system of exceptionally high quality. Available with a wide variety of ME Series modules for different powering arrangements, polar patterns, and capsule sizes, the K6P system provides a flexible tool for all recording and sound reinforcement work.
All modular ME Series capsules demonstrate "state-of-the-art" design and performance characteristics, from mini-lavalier to shotgun configurations. And with their exceptionally high sensitivity, these microphones allow much greater "reach" characteristics and extremely high signal-to-noise ratios. The K6P System's extreme flexibility, high quality, and compact, lightweight modular construction make it an invaluable tool for many applications.
The K6P powering module is at the heart of Sennheiser's professional modular condenser microphone system. It is similar to the K6 powering module but is powered by 12 - 48v phantom power only, for use where battery power is not required (e.g. permanent installations). The K6P can be combined with various microphone heads to produce microphones with a variety of pick-up patterns. UPC: 615104032835 - Sennheiser K6P Powering Module (Phantom Only) The Sennheiser K6P is the mic body and power supply for Sennheiser's professional condenser modular microphone system. You can assemble a complete microphone, with your choice of pick-up pattern, by combining the K6P with one of five different K6-series microphone heads (not included).
The K6P features a black, anodized, scratch-resistant finish. It's designed for use in situations where phantom power is present. Users who need a battery-powered mic can purchase Sennheiser's K6, instead. The K6P features a switchable bass roll-off filter to help reduce low end rumble, handling noise, wind noise, and pops.
