I am emailing to you from the University of Bath (Physics department), to know the problem regarding on the software (StCamera) that I installed for the SENTECH ccd camera that we have (STC-TB202USB-AS) as it cannot detect the camera once the camera was connected to the laptop. Now, I have uninstalled the software and about to install again. I was hoping that you can help me with this matter.
