Product description Record to your mobile device with the 1' Sescom Dual 1/4" Phone Plug to 3.5mm TRRS Plug Line to Microphone Summing Cable. This cable enables you to take a live feed from a mixing board or any other 1/4"-equipped line level source and record directly to your smartphone or tablet via the 3.5mm headphone jack.
While smartphones typically record the mic input in mono, the 1/8-watt summing resistors blend the left and right stereo channels together, giving you a stereo-to-mono mix that plays back equally in the left and right side of your headphones. An attenuation pad reduces the signal strength to the mic level, and an electrolytic capacitor blocks DC power.
