Product description The SHAPE 8000 V-Lock QR Baseplate, Tripod Adapter, Paparazzi Handle, EVF Mount is a bundle of Shape's V-Lock Quick Release Baseplate, the Paparazi Handle with EVF Mount, and a V-Mount quick release tripod adpator so you can mount your rig to a tripod. It is suitable for use with available Sony PMW-F5/F55 cameras and features 15mm rod clamps with spring-loaded levers and 15mm rods.
When assembled together, the rig provides stable support for shoulder-mounted camera work. The baseplate provides a firm seat for your camera. The handles provide stable, slip-free grip, and the shoulder pad allows you to comfortably carry the system for long hours of shooting. The rods at the front and back allow you to accessorize your system or add counterweights for balancing your system. - BP8000 V-Lock Quick Release Baseplate Kit With its long flat camera platform and V-lock quick-release compatibility, SHAPE's BP8000 V-Lock Quick Release Baseplate Kit is a versatile rig option for mid-sized cinema cameras with flat bases. The centerpiece of the kit is the V-lock baseplate. Several inches of adjustment is available for achieving balance with large or small lenses. Adjustable 15mm rods in the front and rear allow for different cameras to comply with the 15mm LWS standard for compatibility with follow focuses, lens supports, and more. If you're not carrying the camera on your shoulder, the entire rig can be locked into the included VCT-14 tripod plate. The included articulated handles adjust quickly, with the push of a button. Length adjustment is provided by way of a thumbscrew. Rosettes on either side of the baseplate secure the handles. See below for more details on the items included in this kit. UPC: 629266001844
- PAPARAZZI I Handle Universal with EVF Mount and 15mm Rod Block The SHAPE PAPARAZZI I Handle Universal with EVF Mount and 15mm Rod Block is an ergonomic top handle designed for use with 15mm rod camera support rigs. It features the PAPARZZI I Handle with Sony Cold-Shoe Bracket, 15mm Rod Block, and EVF Mount.
The handle provides a variety of threaded holes along the top and sides for adding accessories. Threaded holes consist of six 1/4"-20, five 3/8"-16, and five 1/2"-13. The 1/2"-13 holes are compatible with SHAPE's 4" (10cm) and 6" (15cm) male to female 15mm rods. Additionally, a Sony Multi-Interface cold-shoe bracket is provided at the front end of the handle.
The EVF Mount features a straight bracket which attaches to the Sony Multi-Interface cold-shoe bracket and an L-shape bracket designed to hold an EVF, including Cineriod, Alphatron, and others. Two 1/4"-20 screws are included to attached your EVF and two-axis adjustments allow you to position your EVF in a position that is comfortable for you. Attach the camera via the VCT-style V-Lock mechanism and then mount to a tripod quick release plate. Multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes are lined up along the length of the plate on the bottom, allowing for the best possible balance selection.
