Product description The SHAPE Baseplate Kit comes with a baseplate, a Two-Part Top Plate Kit, a remote extension handle, a pair of 8" aluminum rods, and a pair of 10" rods.The baseplate comes with rubber pads at the top so your Sony PXW-FS5 or FS5M2 camera doesn't sit directly on the aluminum. The baseplate fits 15mm standard rods, and the rods are secured with a red ratchet knob screw. The baseplate includes a pair of 15mm 10" rods.The Two-Part Top Plate includes 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes for accessory attachment.The remote extension handle is fixed with a standard ARRI rosette that you can install on the camera. The handle is then secured with a ratchet knob screw on the rosette. The remote extension handle includes the red push button technology that allows the handle 360° of rotation.The 8" and 10" aluminum rods connect to your camera rig, extending it and letting you add various SHAPE and third-party compatible accessories. - Baseplate for Sony FS5 and FS5M2 Cameras

The SHAPE Baseplate comes with rubber pads at the top so the Sony PXW-FS5 or PXW-FS5M2 camera doesn't sit directly on the aluminum. The baseplate fits 15mm standard rods, which are secured with a red ratchet knob screw. A pair of 10" 15mm rods is included. The baseplate is ideal for drone and gimbal applications, and is designed with a lightweight system for mounting standard 15mm accessories. - 1/4"-20 treaded holes for side mounting

- Four 1/4"-20 and two 3/8"-16 threaded holes under the baseplate for tripod mounting

The handle easily mounts to the FS5/FS5M2 using an ARRI style rosette connection and knob screw on one side, and a native Sony grip connection on the other. An included male to female LANC extension cable connects the remote grip to the camera body, maintaining full functionality after relocation.
The arm itself features SHAPE's patented push-button release which allows the joint to be rotated a full 360° to any required angle. Compact for both storage and travel, the arm measures just 5.6" when folded and may be increased to a maximum length of 11" for use. A length adjustment range of 2" is also provided to the user for a more customized and comfortable fit.
