Product description The Shape Paparazzi Handle for Canon C100/C300/C500 is specifically designed to work with the Canon Cinema EOS line of cameras using the included baseplate. The rig features 15mm rod clamps with spring-loaded levers and 12" 15mm rods. The baseplate maintains the proper lens center to rod height for use with available rod mounted accessories. This allows you to use available standard follow focus units, zoom motors, and matte boxes with your camera while using the baseplate.
The handle attaches to an included Shape Rod Bloc, creating the Paparazzi with Bloc handle. This allows you to mount the handle to LWS 15mm rods with the handle rising vertically and projecting forward over the camera. This allows you to get low angle shots without having to bend down; you can also under-sling the handle to get high angle shots. The handle features several 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded accessory mounting points. - Baseplate for Canon C300 Camera The Shape C300 Baseplate is made specifically for the Canon EOS C300 Camera. This camera accessory provides a small, light setup solution expandable to a more elaborate setup. It features a pair of 15mm rods that are 12" long through the length of the baseplate.
This baseplate attaches underneath the camera with 4 x M4 screws or with 3/8”-16 and 1/4”-20 screws that are included. UPC: 629266001776 - Paparazzi with Bloc The SHAPE Paparazzi with Bloc is an ergonomic-designed Paparazzi Handle screwed tight to a Rod Bloc by two 1/4" screws.
The Handle features a total of 20 screw-holes for attaching accessories, and the Bloc mounts 15mm rods and keeps the Handle parallel with a camera. You can slide the Bloc up and down the rods and tighten it into position by a red lever on the side. Both the Handle and Bloc are totally solid -- not at all hollow -- and are both water cut / laser cut, as opposed to being molded.
The 20 screw-holes are a mix of 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" sizes and all run completely through from end to end. They are positioned vertically or horizontally along the Handle. The 1/4" and 3/8" holes can take on most any 1/4" and 3/8" accessories like lights, monitors, mics, grips, remote controls, recorders, articulating arms, wireless audio receivers, camera plates, and more. And into the 1/2" holes you can screw in male-threaded SHAPE rods.
