Product description The Shinybow SB-5425 Auto S-Video/Stereo Audio Switcher is an auto-switching router for S-video and stereo audio signals. The SB-5425 switches from up to four individual S-video inputs to produce two identical S-video outputs. This router is useful for sending signals from source devices such as camcorders, game consoles, DVD players, satellite receivers, set-top boxes, etc., to display devices such as monitors and video projectors. The SB-5425 can eliminate the need to switch cables or to run cables from individual input sources to each display device. The switcher can operate in both automatic and manual modes. When in automatic mode, the SB-5425 will automatically switch to the signal input from the highest-number connected source (when multiple sources are connected). The switcher can be further controlled by selectively turning power on and off to the input devices as needed. Input AV1 is the default and should be used when only a single signal source is connected. When in manual mode, the switcher input can be chosen by toggling through the channel button selections. Note: The SB-5425 switcher does not offer IR remote control - Switches from up to 4 inputs to 2 identical outputs
- Supports S-video and stereo audio signals (R/L)
- Suitable for camcorders, DVD players, set-top boxes, and satellite-device sources and monitor or projector displays
- Push button controls are on the front panel of the switcher
