Product description Upgrade your Modula slider with this Motion Plus kit from Shootools. The kit includes two motors, a controller, and all the necessary cabling to get you started on a motorized sliding platform (camera-specific control cables are available separately). The installation is tool less and easily removable, so you can have your slider function manually or electronically, depending on your preference.The two different motors operate at different speeds and can handle different loads as well. Use the faster "Motor 55" for tracking shots, and the more precise "Motor 09" for time-lapse photography or heavier cameras. Both tracking shots and time-lapses are fully programmable to fit your production. Using the battery built into the controller, you can get up to 22 hours of operation on a single charge in Tracking Shot mode, and about 48 hours in Time-Lapse mode. A bag for the controller is included for protection during transport and storage. - Includes Two Motors
- Two motors, each with different gear ratios, are included. They are easily interchangeable by the operator without tools. If you need fully manual operation, the motors can also be easily removed from the slider.
- Tracking Shot Mode
- Achieve precise tracking shots in this mode. Speed, direction, acceleration, and ramps are all controllable. Tracking shots are programmable, their starting and stopping points are adjustable, and a looping mode (where the carriage constantly travels back and forth) is available. Using a separately available sync cable (depending on the camera in use), recording start/stop can be synchronized to the sliding movement.
- Time-Lapse Mode
- In order to not capture unwanted blur from constant motion, the controller's integrated intervalometer uses "Shoot Move Shoot" technology. "Shoot Move Shoot" synchronizes the motor's steps with the camera shutter actuation so the camera doesn't move while the shutter is open. The pause between the camera movement and the shot can be selected from a range of 1 second to 99 hours.
