Product description The chrome Super 55 Deluxe Vocal Microphone Kit from is a microphone, stand, and cable set designed to provide visually striking performance for singers, rappers, and karaoke artists in clubs, studio sessions, and live stage applications. It includes a Shure Super 55 Deluxe microphone, sporting vintage styling and finished in chrome with blue foam. Its dynamic moving coil element and supercardioid polar pattern yield a 60 Hz to 17 kHz frequency response. When mounted to the supplied mic stand with the included quick-release mic attachment, the Super 55 Deluxe can be removed or affixed in a near-instant. Connect the microphone to your mixer, preamp, or audio interface via the supplied balanced XLR mic cable, which features Neutrik connectors and 95% dual-spiral shielding. - Shure Super 55 Supercardioid Dynamic Microphone (Chrome with Blue Foam) Presented in a chrome casing with blue foam, the Shure Super 55 is a supercardioid dynamic microphone boasting a classic look and vocal-tailored sound for recording sessions, live stage applications, podcasting, and on-camera use. The dynamic cartridge is shock-mounted to impede handling noise and vibrations transferred through your mic stand. The implementation of a supercardioid polar pattern minimizes pickup of off-axis noise and ambience, yielding higher gain before feedback and attenuated stage bleed. The mic delivers a frequency response of 60 Hz to 17 kHz with a gentle presence boost peaking at approximately 6 kHz. Its XLR 3-pin output ensures compatibility with most mixer inputs, microphone preamps, and portable PA systems. The attached, self-tensioning swivel mount can be tilted up to 45 degrees forward and 80 degrees backward. Chrome-plated, die-cast construction provides tour-worthy durability.
