Product description The Shure VP64A Omnidirectional Dynamic Handheld Mic & Pouch Kit from B&H features a Shure dynamic handheld microphone, an A57F microphone clip, a foam windscreen, and an Auray zippered pouch for handheld microphones. It can be used to capture sound for audio and video applications and is ideal for interviews, speeches, and more.The VP64A is good for close-up use and is suitable for outside as well as indoor applications. The omnidirectional polar pattern provides uniform pickup on or off axis and eliminates the need for critical microphone positioning. The frequency response is tailored for optimum speech clarity and crispness.Additionally, the Auray zippered case is a soft, protective microphone pouch that will fit most handheld microphones. It is made of tough 600D ballistic nylon, with soft 6mm foam padding and a faux fur interior lining. It is great for transport and storage. - Shure VP64A Omnidirectional Dynamic Handheld Microphone The VP64A from Shure is a high-output omnidirectional handheld dynamic microphone designed for professional audio and video production. The 7 7/8" VP64A is ideal for close-up use and can be used outside as well as indoors. The omnidirectional pickup pattern provides uniform pickup on or off axis, eliminating the need for critical microphone positioning. The VP64A mic also features a tailored frequency response with an upper midrange presence rise that adds crispness and clarity to speech. The cartridge utilizes a neodymium magnet for higher output and increased signal-to-noise ratio.
The cartridge is housed in a rubber isolation mount for ruggedness and to minimize handling noise. It is protected by a water-resistant mesh that enables the microphone to be used during the most challenging weather conditions.
