Product description Sig Sauer outfitted its 3-15x44 WHISKEY5 Side Focus Riflescope with high-quality optics and the HellFire QuadPlex Illuminated reticle. The proprietary HDX optics feature High-Definition (HD), High-Transmission (HT), and Extra-Low Dispersion glass, which provides true color, maximizing resolution and brightness. Coated with SpectraCoat anti-reflection coatings, the lenses exhibit high transmission in the entire visible spectrum and deliver bright and crisp images. To ensure that image quality is not degraded by the environmental conditions and elements, the optics are protected from abrasions and scratches by the LensArmor coatings. Additionally, the LensShield coatings help whisk away oil, water, and debris. Another highlight of this riflescope is its illuminated HellFire QuadPlex reticle, which is located in the 2nd focal plane and offers brilliant red center illumination. It features four medium posts, a fine crosshair, and uses a fiber-optic technology to finely control illumination of the bright red center dot. To endure the toughest conditions, the 30mm maintube is made from a durable and lightweight aluminum alloy, and provides a waterproof and fogproof performance. The windage and elevation knobs are knurled for slip-free operation and offer 45 MOA windage and 70 MOA elevation adjustment ranges with 1/4 MOA increments. To deliver unparalleled accuracy for that long-range laser-sharp shot, the scope is outfitted with the TH-100 Tactical Hunter Elevation Turret, which offers a 100 clicks per revolution and a precision push-button Lock Down Zero System. Also available with this riflescope is the Sig Ballistic Turret Dial (SBT), which features a precision tactical finger-operated knob. The Sig Ballistic Turret (SBT) is a custom laser-etched elevation dial that uses your bullet specifications, ballistic coefficient, muzzle velocity, elevation, and other environmental factors for the correct bullet drop compensation and pinpoint accuracy.
