Product description The SATA III 6 Gb/s 2i+2 mSATA SSD Hybrid PCIe 2.0 Host Controller from SIIG is a high performance, cost-effective SATA host controller designed to enable SSD performance at one-third the cost. It is embedded with HyperDuo technology to work effectively with 6 Gb/s HDDs and SSDs. The controller enhances system performance by reducing system boot-up time, while allowing data to be stored on high capacity SATA HDDs. This hybrid PCIe controller comes with two built-in full size mSATA SSD drive sockets for saving space and two internal SATA ports for HDDs or SSDs connection. - Two built-in full size mSATA SSD drive sockets for saving space and superior drive performance
- Automated HyperDuo tiering technology, no need to monitor hot/cold data manually
- HyperDuo mode supports Safe mode and Capacity mode
- An economical way to enable SSD performance at one-third the cost

- Allows large data to be stored on high capacity HDDs for cost saving
- Supports port multiplier FIS-based and Native Command Queuing (NCQ) 1
