Product description Calibrated for .223/5.56 loads, the Predator-Varmint 1-6x24 Riflescope from Simmons Optics is designed for short-to-medium range varmint and predictor hunting and features fully multicoated optics and an illuminated StrikeZone 223 Reticle. The multiple anti-glare coatings maximize light transmission and provide optimal color, sharpness and image contrast. To help you compensate for wind drift and ballistic bullet drop, the scope offers 60 MOA windage and elevation adjustment ranges with a 1/2 MOA impact point correction. Located in the second focal plane, the reticle will remain the same in size as you change zoom factor.
The aluminum housing is lightweight and durable, waterproof and fogproof. To prevent fogging-up of optics when you are moving through environments with changing temperatures, the housing is purged with nitrogen gas and sealed. Also included with the scope is a flip-up objective lens cover. - Optical Performance
