Product description The black 12U Roto Shockmount Rack Case is produced through a process called rotational molding - a 3-stage heating process that results in evenness all around the edges of the case. The polyethylene material is inserted into a mold, and then gradually rotated until the material sticks to the edges of the mold in an even pattern. Once cooled, this plastic material forms a strong bond that minimizes sagging and potential collapse. When you need extra protection for your valuable equipment, this ATA 300 rated case can fill the bill. Designed for maximum protection and shock absorbency, it is constructed with adjustable shock absorbers on all three axes that deliver the kind of security you want from a shippable case. Within the case there is plenty of room for air to circulate - a major consideration for sensitive audio equipment. Rear rails make inserting and removing equipment much easier. In addition, both the front and rear have full sized lids for even more accessibility to the contents. With its shock absorbing feet, the case can rest easy when placed on the ground or in the trunk of a car or luggage compartment of a plane.
